Once you have built your model, the sensible thing is to be able to use it to communicate strategy across the organisation. Smaller organisations can do so by installing copies of the Performance Organiser toolkit on every desktop (assuming that there is a shared or networked drive available). Larger organisations can make use of the Performance Organiser web site chassis.

The chassis contains its own HTML editor giving organisation officials, who are not authorised to change model structure, to edit model content without needing to understand complex web editing or programming techniques. The combination of the Performance Organisers modeling capabilities and on line editing giving organisations the means to use their model as a living document that can be expanded in detail as much (or as little) as is required.
